What happens next?

Our sales team have received your order and will process it right away. Once your order has been processed we will send an email to you containing instructions of how to make your payment for your test via our secure payment portal.

Once we have recieved your payment we will dispatch your GA-map® Dysbiosis Test sample collection kit within two working days to the delivery address you provided in your order.

Once you receive your sample collection kit, open it and follow the instructions inside which provide a step by step guide to collecting and sending your sample to our laboratory. We also provide an easy-to-follow guide on our website to help you complete the remaining steps.

Once your sample has been analysed we will send the test results to your doctor. This is normally within 7-10 working days from receipt of your sample. Please contact your doctor to discuss your results.
